Foston is a speechwriter for the American Medical Association where she writes for the AMA president and leadership about a range of national health issues. As a fitness instructor for the YMCA USA, she believes in a whole-health approach to wellness and instructs her classes on the importance of integrating mind, body and spirit. In this talk, she combines her professional approach as a writer of health-related issues, with her experience as a fitness leader, to lead audiences to greater physical, spiritual, and mental health for greater power and purpose.
